Open Positions
1. Video Editor (Freelance / Remote)
Location: Remote 
Type: Freelance / Part-time collaboration
 
You are:
A storyteller who sees rhythm, texture, and emotion in every frame.
You’ll transform raw footage from our tours and destinations into cinematic videos that reflect Sensorium’s sensory, elegant aesthetic.
 
Responsibilities:
•    Edit short and long-form videos for social media, website, and promotional use
•    Create reels, teasers, and branded travel clips with music and sound design
•    Maintain consistent tone and visual identity (color palette, typography, logo animation)
•    Collaborate directly with our founder on creative direction
Requirements:
•    Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required)
•    Excellent eye for pacing, storytelling, and emotional tone
•    Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
•    Ability to handle subtitles and multilingual captions (English/Italian/Portuguese a plus)
•    Creative sensitivity to brand aesthetics and music sync
Bonus Points:
•    Experience editing for luxury or travel brands
•    Knowledge of motion graphics and light color grading
2. Marketing & Communications Manager (Part-time / Freelance)
Location: Remote  
Type: Freelance or long-term collaboration
You are:
A creative strategist who blends storytelling with structure — capable of turning Sensorium’s essence into a digital presence that captivates.
Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute Sensorium’s digital marketing strategy (email, social, partnerships)
•    Manage content calendar and brand voice consistency
•    Oversee campaign analytics and optimize reach
•    Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce engaging materials
•    Contribute to creative ideas for new itineraries and experiences
Requirements:
•    Minimum 3 years in marketing, communications, or content strategy (preferably in travel, luxury, or hospitality)
•    Strong writing skills in English (Italian or Portuguese a plus)
•    Experience with Wix, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms
•    Aesthetic sense aligned with Sensorium’s visual identity
•    Strategic mindset + passion for authentic, story-driven marketing
Bonus Points:
•    Knowledge of SEO, ads management, and influencer collaborations
•    Understanding of cultural tourism and experiential travel
