1. Introduction
Welcome to Sensorium Tours OÜ (“Sensorium”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.sns.tours) and participation in any of our trips, programs, or services.
By booking a tour, submitting an inquiry, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Sensorium designs and operates small-group and tailor-made travel experiences with cultural, educational, and sensory value.
3. Our Services
We curate and operate:
• Small-group tours, private journeys, and bespoke itineraries
• Cultural and educational experiences (“Essence Experiences”)
• Collaborations with local guides, hotels, and service providers
The exact services included in your trip will be detailed in your booking confirmation or personal itinerary.
4. Bookings & Payments
1. A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment, as stated in your offer or invoice.
2. Deposits are typically 30% of the total tour cost, unless otherwise specified.
3. The remaining balance is due 90 days before departure.
4. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
5. Payments may be made via bank transfer, Revolut Business, payments links from Sensorium or other secure platforms approved by Sensorium.
5. Pricing & Inclusions
All prices are quoted in euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
Your booking confirmation outlines what’s included (accommodation, transport, meals, guides, etc.).
Prices do not include:
• International flights
• Travel insurance (mandatory)
• Personal expenses, optional activities, and meals not listed
Sensorium reserves the right to adjust prices in case of significant changes in taxes, fuel costs, or exchange rates, in accordance with EU Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
By the Traveler
If you cancel your booking, the following fees apply (unless otherwise stated in your contract):
• More than 90 days before departure: Deposit retained (or credited for future travel)
• 61–89 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• 60 days or less: 100% of total cost
Requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to booking@sns.tours
By Sensorium
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a trip due to force majeure, safety concerns, or insufficient participation.
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit, excluding expenses already incurred.
Sensorium is not liable for additional costs due to delays, strikes, pandemics, or natural events beyond our control.
7. Changes & Flexibility
Travel is inherently dynamic. While every effort is made to deliver the itinerary as planned, Sensorium may occasionally make minor adjustments due to operational, weather, or cultural reasons.
We will always ensure the quality and spirit of the experience remain intact.
8. Traveler Responsibilities
By joining a Sensorium trip, you agree to:
• Provide accurate personal information, including medical or dietary needs
• Comply with local laws and customs
• Respect group harmony, guides, and fellow travelers
• Follow the safety instructions of your Tour Leader or local guides
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior jeopardizes safety or the enjoyment of others.
9. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants.
It must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, personal injury, and loss of property.
Proof of coverage may be requested before departure.
10. Health, Safety & Fitness
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate.
Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to booking.
Sensorium may recommend specific activities or adaptations to ensure your comfort and safety.
11. Liability Disclaimer
Sensorium acts as a coordinator between travelers and local service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides, etc.).
We take great care in selecting partners, but we cannot be held liable for:
• Acts or omissions of third parties
• Delays, loss, damage, injury, or death beyond our direct control
• Circumstances classified as force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, political instability, pandemics, etc.)
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sensorium website — including text, photos, videos, and logos — is the property of Sensorium Tours OÜ and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
13. Photos & Videos
During our trips, Sensorium or its representatives may capture photos and videos to document the experience.
These may be used for marketing and storytelling purposes, always with respect for your privacy.
If you prefer not to appear in such materials, please inform your Tour Leader or email booking@sns.tours before or during your trip.
We will honor all requests and remove any content upon request.
14. Privacy & Data Protection
We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with the
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and applicable European Union regulations.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
